1. Where is my License Key?

Some of our themes require a License Key to make updates on one click right on your Admin Panel.

You can find your theme’s license key by signing in to your Quema Labs account and visiting the My Purchases page:

Click on View Details and Downloads:

and there you will find your License Key:

2. Image Sizing

What are the best dimension for the background fullscreen images?.

There is no default or ideal size for images as fullscreen background, It all depends on what you want.

If you want better quality you have to use bigger images, like 1500x840px or more. But you will get a page to load slower, because the images are heavier in MB.

Also you can use smaller images, like 900x500px and get faster load times in your site.

About proportions, the best thing here is to go for a 16:9 ratio. This is the proportion in Full HD monitors, but the images are going to be cropped anyway because the Theme adjusts them to the size of the window.

But you can choose any proportion and see how it fits your design. It’s a matter of try and see what works best on your site.

You can not avoid the image being cut because the Browser window or the screen can be any size, and some users will see your site in a Desktop computer, other in a laptop, etc.

But with a 16:9 proportion I think you are safe in most cases.

3. Stylesheets missing

error message being displayed when trying to upload or activate the theme.

A common issue that can occur with users new to installing WordPress themes is a “Broken theme and/or stylesheets missing” error

This error message does not mean that the theme you have purchased is broken, it simply means it has been uploaded incorrectly.

4. Error with Envato Purchase Code

Lately there is a problem with the API of Envato on verify the Purchase Code. 

So if you have a valid purchase code but you still getting an error. Please create your ticket on the General WordPress category, there you will not need a code. Then we will change the ticket to the correct category.

5. How to make a private reply

Here in the support site you can create public and private tickets.

It is always recommend that you create a public ticket because your questions or issues can help other in the future.

If you have to post sensitive data, like a WordPress user, you can make a private reply within a public ticket.

Just look for this option:

And that's it, no one else besides you and admins will see that private reply.

6. How to update your theme to the latest version

It’s very simple to update your theme to the latest version! Please be sure to read through this entire FAQ article before updating your theme. There are important notes at the bottom!


Simply go to your ThemeForest account > Downloads > Re-download the theme you’d like to update.


  1. First, you’ll need to activate another theme.
    WP will not allow you to delete a theme that is currently activated.
    From Appearance > Themes > Activate any other theme.
  2. Once you’ve activated another theme, still within Appearance > Themes, click on the Solo Pine theme you’d like to update. In the bottom right corner is a little option to “Delete” the theme.
    Go ahead and delete it.
  3. You can now re-install the newest version of the theme you’re updating.
    Appearance > Themes > Add New > Upload Theme > Select the theme’s ZIP file > Install Now.
    It’s important to install the theme’s ZIP file, and not the entire theme package. Otherwise you will receive an error message.

Important! By default, WordPress should save your content to your database. This is why your content appears on whatever theme you have activated within your WP Dashboard. However, it’s always a good idea to create a database backup before deleting a theme, just in case.

PLEASE NOTE: If you’ve modified any of the theme files yourself, you’ll need to note these changes in order to re-implement them once you’ve installed the latest version of the theme. The update will replace your previous version’s theme files.

7. How to ask for support

Each time you open a ticket to ask for support remember to always include the URL of where you installed the Theme. (Example:

This makes it easier for me to check if there is a Javascript error or something like that.

Also would be best if you include a username and password for your WordPress Administration Panel and/or your FTP Server. You can add this info in Private Tickets and no one will see them, also in Public Tickets you can make private replays and your information will be safe.

8. How to remove the Footer

Maybe you want to remove the footer from your site.

For example, the footer in Black Label will be this one:

So to remove that, go to your theme’s admin panel: Admin Panel>>Black Label>>Style Options

And then add this CSS code:


And just click Save all changes
